1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Charvio, including the website, dashboard, chart upload workflow, AI-generated analysis, result pages, billing pages, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Charvio, you agree to these terms.

If you use Charvio on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate access if account information is false, misleading, or used in a way that harms Charvio, other users, or third-party services.

3. The Charvio service

Charvio reads chart screenshots and related context to produce structured trading-plan style output, including market structure, technical levels, possible scenarios, risk notes, and source-backed news cards when available.

AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it.

4. No financial advice

Charvio provides educational and informational analysis only. Charvio does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or trading advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, or otherwise trade any asset.

Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

5. User content and chart screenshots

You retain ownership of chart screenshots, prompts, notes, and other content you upload. You grant Charvio a limited right to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Do not upload content that you do not have rights to use, content containing sensitive personal information, or screenshots that include credentials, private messages, account numbers, or other confidential information unrelated to chart analysis.

6. Paid plans, billing, and refunds

Some features require an active paid plan. Plan availability, pricing, and feature access may change over time. Payment processing is handled by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout.

Unless a specific refund promise is shown at checkout or required by law, payments are non-refundable once a plan is activated. You remain responsible for taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Charvio. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass billing or security controls, reverse engineering the service, overloading the platform, scraping non-public content, uploading malware, violating third-party rights, or using Charvio for unlawful activity.

You may not present Charvio output as guaranteed, personalized, or professional financial advice.

8. Third-party services

Charvio may rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, AI model inference, web search, news previews, hosting, logging, and infrastructure. These may include providers such as OpenRouter, AI model providers, Stripe, authentication providers, and public websites used for headline previews.

Third-party services are not controlled by Charvio. Their own terms and policies may apply to their services.

9. Intellectual property

Charvio and its software, branding, interface, designs, workflows, and documentation are owned by Charvio or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of Charvio intellectual property.

Subject to these terms and your paid-plan status where applicable, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Charvio for your own internal analysis workflow.

10. Service availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Charvio. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or continued access to any particular model, data source, price, or feature.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Charvio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charvio will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses arising from AI output, market movement, third-party services, or your use of the service.

12. Termination

You may stop using Charvio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to maintain a required paid plan for paid features.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date on this page or providing an in-product notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
