What does Charvio analyze?
Charvio analyzes uploaded chart screenshots, visible symbol and timeframe details, market structure, key levels, selected trader mode, and available market context.
What screenshots work best?
Use a clean TradingView or broker screenshot with the symbol, timeframe, candles, and price scale visible. Avoid cropped, blurry, or heavily annotated images.
Which markets can I use?
You can use forex, futures, crypto, stocks, and other charted markets when the screenshot contains enough visible price action and identifying context.
Can I change the analysis style?
Yes. Choose scalper, day trader, or swing trader mode so the output emphasizes the right timeframe, context, and risk cadence.
What is included in a result?
Results can include bias, confidence, entry conditions, stop level, invalidation, target ladder, market structure, alternate scenarios, and risk notes.

Does Charvio place trades?
No. Charvio does not connect to a broker or execute orders. It organizes educational analysis so you can make your own decisions.
Is Charvio financial advice?
No. Charvio provides educational and informational analysis only. It is not personalized investment, financial, tax, or trading advice.
Will Charvio tell me when to skip a trade?
When the chart does not support a clean setup, the output can highlight invalidation, conflicting structure, or no-trade conditions.
Can the analysis be wrong?
Yes. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify levels, context, and assumptions before relying on a result.

Billing and privacy
What is the difference between Weekly and Lifetime?
Both include the same Charvio product. Weekly renews each week, while Lifetime is a single payment for long-term access.
Can I manage my billing online?
Yes. Eligible accounts can use the billing portal to view plan status, receipts, and subscription controls.
How are chart screenshots processed?
Chart content and related context may be sent to AI providers to generate your analysis. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account controls include a deletion workflow. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, or legal obligations.
