Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Charvio handles refunds for paid plans, subscriptions, and one-time purchases. By purchasing a Charvio plan, you agree to this policy and the billing terms shown at checkout.
2. Subscription plans
Weekly subscription payments are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal when available, but cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Existing grandfathered subscription periods remain governed by the terms shown when they were purchased.
3. Lifetime plans
Lifetime plan purchases are one-time purchases for access to the available Charvio product features while the service is offered. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, lifetime purchases are non-refundable once access is activated.
4. Refund eligibility
Unless a specific refund promise is shown at checkout or required by law, payments are non-refundable once a plan is activated. We may review refund requests in limited situations, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental duplicate purchases, or service access issues that Charvio cannot reasonably resolve.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund review, email [email protected] with the account email used for purchase, purchase date, plan type, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional details to verify the request.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment processor used at checkout. Processing times may vary based on the payment processor, bank, card network, and region.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
